Second Quality FAQ


-   “What makes these “second” quality?” – Second quality items may have slight roughness, or small flat spots in round turnings. The wood may be naturally discolored. There may be small knots, chips, dings and imperfections in the wood.  The measurements may be slightly off. If you have a question about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to ask.


-   “The website won’t let me order as many seconds as I want, when will you have more?” – Stock of second quality items changes daily. We do our best to keep the website up to date. We never know when we’ll have more of any given item. Unfortunately, we can’t order specific seconds, and they are available to our customers on a first-come, first-served basis.


-   “Can you email me when you get more of the second quality item that I want?” – Due to high demand, we are unable to notify customers when we receive second quality items. We update our website daily and as soon as we receive more of a second quality item, we make it available to purchase online.
